Daily stressors and life changes make an impact on each one of us. Sometimes we struggle to get past things and need some help to transition or make changes in our lives. Some of us deal with minor changes, while others have traumatic experiences that need help getting through. Relationship conflict is a common area of concern, whether it be within a marriage/couple, friendship, or family connection.

Patti helps people to identify and meet goals, manage life transitions, or assist in making changes they feel are needed. Stress or situational factors can interfere with a person’s ability to change themselves or their relationships. She also provides assistance to clients with eliminating or minimizing these factors so they are able to develop meaningful and lasting change.

She is experienced in treating issues related to anxiety, depression, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder, couples conflict, life changes, and many other mental health or relationship concerns that interfere with one’s life.

Patti has over 20 years experience in counseling. She has a wide range of experience working with people of all ages. Her experience includes working with the school system, psychiatric inpatient/outpatient clinics, behavioral health related to medical conditions, residential treatment and private counseling.
